Abstract
The web space of the organization is the many web sites connected by hyperlinks. The main question considered in the article, is whether this web space self-organizing, i.e. the ordering of its elements occurs at the expense of their internal interaction without external influences, or external (so-called "administrative") the impact is so strong that their influence can be detected. The article proposes a common approach demonstrated by the example of the web space of St. Petersburg State University. On the question of whether significant administrative influence on the web space of the University, in this case on the basis of the analysis given a positive response

Abstract
In this paper, we analyze examples of the most successful reconstructions of historico-cultural objects, which were based on the informational and communicational technologies and were presented and available through the Internet. Modern technologies allow to expand the museum environment and to increase the abilities of museum exhibitions by creating the emotional, authentic immersive atmosphere, which appeals to modern visitors.

Abstract
This article deals with technology of virtual reconstruction of Kazan Imperial University of XIX – early XX centuries. The paper describes technologies of 3D-visualization of high resolution models of objects of university space, creation of multi-agent system and connected with these objects organized database of historical sources, variants of use of technologies of immersion into the virtual environment.

Abstract
In this paper we tackle the problems of automated registration of research data of cultural heritage of Sviyazhsk island, and associated live monitoring of historical monuments. We describe the general idea if automated system that gathers the data from the monitored monuments and maintains the resulting knowledge base. We cover the development of the said system in details.
