The low level implementation of noradrenaline pathways via spiking neural networks

Abstract

The noradrenaline pathways plays important role in the emotional appraisal and feedback, as well as decision-making. We present the software system capable of automatic generation of PyNEST code based on high-level description of neuronal pathways.
