Рассматривается проблема интеграции геоинформационных ресурсов и свободного доступа к ним путем методов и технологий создания специализированных инфраструктур пространственных данных, геопорталов, баз данных коллективного пользования и веб-ГИС.

In the article the problem of geographical information resources integration and free access to them are considered. The methods and technologies for creating specialized spatial data infrastructures, geoportals, databases shared and Web GIS are presented.
